Refund and Returns Policy

According to Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, the consumer has the right to return products within 30 days from the date of the original receipt, provided that the receipt is presented with the product. The consumer is entitled to exchange or return the product to the merchant and receive a refund if the product has a defect or does not meet specifications.

1. In cases where the product has a defect or damage, the consumer has the right to return or exchange it without incurring any additional charges.

2. Refrigerated items (not eligible for return or exchange) can only be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition and have not been opened or used.

3. The product must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return or exchange. If the product has been opened or used, returns or exchanges are not accepted for any reason.

4. Companies are required to ensure that products comply with specifications before sale. If any defect or fault is found in the product during the return period, the merchant is responsible for all costs related to the return or exchange.

5. If the merchant refuses to accept a return or exchange, the consumer has the right to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency for appropriate action.
